Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs - 400 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ground turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, ground cinnamon, ground turmeric, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.

  3. Preheat your grill or BBQ to medium-high heat.
  4. Place the marinated chicken thighs on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F) and the chicken is nicely charred.
  5. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  6. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve.
