Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Once steamed, allow the cauliflower to cool slightly, then place it in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
