- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Skewers - 4 (if wooden, soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, ground cinnamon, salt, black pepper, chopped parsley, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
- Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and mix until well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for maximum flavor.
