Ingredients

  • Lamb chops - 4 pieces (about 300g)
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon - 1, juiced

Steps

  1. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, ground cinnamon, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
  2. Rub the marinade generously over the lamb chops, making sure to coat all sides. Let the chops marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Once hot, add the marinated lamb chops to the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until the desired doneness is reached.
  5. Remove the lamb chops from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
