- Octopus - 500 grams, cleaned

- Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - ½ teaspoon
- Lemon - 1, juiced
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon wedges - for serving
Steps
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the cleaned octopus. Boil for about 30 minutes until tender, then remove and let cool.
- In a bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, coriander, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
- Once the octopus has cooled, cut it into tentacles and place them in the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated octopus onto skewers.
- Grill the octopus skewers for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until nicely charred.
