Ingredients
- Chicken breast - 400 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- Cut the chicken breast into 2.5 cm cubes and place them in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, smoked paprika, ground cinnamon, salt, black pepper, chopped parsley, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken cubes and mix well to ensure all pieces are coated. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
- While the chicken is marinating, soak the wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes to prevent burning.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the soaked skewers.
- Once the grill is hot, place the skewers on it and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
