Ingredients

  • Chicken breast - 400 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Wooden skewers - 4

Steps

  1. Cut the chicken breast into 2.5 cm cubes and place them in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, smoked paprika, ground cinnamon, salt, black pepper, chopped parsley, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken cubes and mix well to ensure all pieces are coated. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  4. While the chicken is marinating, soak the wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes to prevent burning.
  5. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  6. Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the soaked skewers.
  7. Once the grill is hot, place the skewers on it and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  8. Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
