- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander - 1 teaspoon

- Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
- Greek yogurt - 120 grams
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, paprika, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, turmeric, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and slightly browned, turning halfway through.
- While the cauliflower is roasting, prepare the yogurt sauce by mixing the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and minced garlic in a small bowl. Season with salt to taste.
- Once the cauliflower is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a minute.
- Serve the roasted cauliflower warm, drizzled with the yogurt sauce and garnished with chopped parsley.
