Steps
- Cut the chicken breast into 2 cm cubes and place them in a bowl.
- Chop the red bell pepper, zucchini, and red onion into similar-sized pieces.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, paprika, cumin, cinnamon, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken cubes and mix well, ensuring all pieces are coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
