- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 100 milliliters
Steps
- In a medium saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the frozen peas to the saucepan and stir to coat with the garlic oil.
- Pour in the water, then add the ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
- Cover the saucepan and let the peas cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally.
