Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Fresh peas - 150 grams
  • Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Fresh mint leaves - 15 grams, chopped
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the fresh peas, ground cumin, ground coriander, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the peas are tender but still bright green.
  4. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the chopped mint leaves and lemon zest. Let it cool slightly.
  5. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, then transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Spread the remaining tablespoon of olive oil evenly over the dough.
  7. Distribute the pea mixture evenly over the pizza base, then sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
