- Fresh peas - 150 grams
- Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
- Fresh mint leaves - 15 grams, chopped
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the fresh peas, ground cumin, ground coriander, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the peas are tender but still bright green.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the chopped mint leaves and lemon zest. Let it cool slightly.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, then transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the remaining tablespoon of olive oil evenly over the dough.
- Distribute the pea mixture evenly over the pizza base, then sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
