  • Pizza dough - 250 grams
  • Fresh green peas - 100 grams
  • Fava beans (cooked or canned) - 100 grams
  • Fresh mint leaves - 20 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Sumac - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the fresh peas, fava beans, chopped mint, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
