- Fresh mint leaves - 30 grams, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon

- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Burger buns - 2
- Yogurt - 100 grams
- Cucumber - 1/2, grated
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- In a bowl, combine the ground lamb, chopped mint, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
- Shape the lamb mixture into two equal-sized patties, about 2 cm thick.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the lamb patties for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the yogurt sauce by mixing yogurt, grated cucumber, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Season with salt to taste.
- Toast the burger buns in the skillet for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a lamb patty on each bun, topping with lettuce and the yogurt sauce. Serve immediately.
