  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Burger buns - 2
  • Yogurt - 100 grams
  • Cucumber - 1/2, grated
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the ground lamb, chopped mint, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.

  4. While the patties are cooking, prepare the yogurt sauce by mixing yogurt, grated cucumber, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Season with salt to taste.
  5. Toast the burger buns in the skillet for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Assemble the burgers by placing a lamb patty on each bun, topping with lettuce and the yogurt sauce. Serve immediately.
