Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a seasoning oil.
- Brush the seasoning oil evenly over the pizza dough.
- Arrange the sliced roasted beetroot over the pizza base, followed by the cherry tomatoes and red onion.
