  • Beetroot - 150 grams, roasted and sliced
  • Fresh mint leaves - 15 grams, chopped

  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Balsamic vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Pine nuts - 30 grams, toasted

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a seasoning oil.
  5. Brush the seasoning oil evenly over the pizza dough.
  6. Arrange the sliced roasted beetroot over the pizza base, followed by the cherry tomatoes and red onion.
  7. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the vegetables, then sprinkle the chopped mint leaves and toasted pine nuts on top.
  8. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
