Steps

  1. Toast the almonds in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes until golden and fragrant, stirring frequently to avoid burning.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine the honey, water, and cinnamon. Heat gently over low heat until the mixture becomes syrupy, about 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the orange blossom water.
  4. Chop the toasted almonds coarsely and mix them into the honey syrup until well combined.
  5. Divide the almond and honey mixture into two serving bowls and let it cool slightly.
