- Ground lamb - 300 grams
- Ground beef - 200 grams
- Garlic cloves - 2, minced
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Harissa paste - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Fresh coriander - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon (for grilling)
Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb and beef with minced garlic, cumin, paprika, harissa paste, chopped parsley, chopped coriander, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly by hand until well combined, ensuring even distribution of spices.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a sausage shape, approximately 15 cm long.
- Cover and refrigerate the sausages for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and brush with olive oil.
- Place the sausages on the grill and cook for about 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
