Ingredients

  • Ground lamb - 300 grams
  • Ground beef - 200 grams
  • Garlic cloves - 2, minced
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Harissa paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Fresh coriander - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon (for grilling)

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb and beef with minced garlic, cumin, paprika, harissa paste, chopped parsley, chopped coriander, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly by hand until well combined, ensuring even distribution of spices.
  3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a sausage shape, approximately 15 cm long.
  4. Cover and refrigerate the sausages for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and brush with olive oil.
  6. Place the sausages on the grill and cook for about 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through.
  7. Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
