  • Skewers - 4 (if wooden, soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, harissa paste, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley.
  2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly using your hands until well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion around a skewer to form sausage shapes.
