  • Merguez sausage - 200 grams
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 150 grams
  • Red onion, thinly sliced - 50 grams
  • Bell pepper, thinly sliced - 50 grams
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic, minced - 1 clove
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced Merguez sausage to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  5. Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  6. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  7. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  8. Evenly distribute the sautéed Merguez sausage, red onion, and bell pepper on top of the cheese.
