- Greek yogurt - 100 grams

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, Merguez spice mix, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, cumin, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the lamb mixture into two equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
