  • Greek yogurt - 100 grams

  • Tomato - 1, sliced
  • Red onion - 1/2, thinly sliced
  • Arugula or lettuce - a handful

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, Merguez spice mix, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, cumin, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
  2. Divide the lamb mixture into two equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
