  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer to create noodles and set aside.

  3. Add the ground lamb or beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the cinnamon, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper, mixing thoroughly to combine the spices with the meat.
  5. Add the chopped almonds and cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
