Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

- Add the ground cumin, paprika, turmeric, salt, and black pepper, stirring well to combine.
- Pour in the canned white beans along with their liquid, and add the water.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Stir in the chopped parsley and lemon juice just before serving.
