Steps
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, parsley, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
- Add the cubed lamb shoulder to the marinade, mixing well to coat evenly. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best flavor.
