- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a food processor, combine fresh mint leaves, garlic, olive oil, ground cumin, ground coriander, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth to create the marinade.
- Place the lamb chops in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight.
