- Red onion - 1 medium, cut into 2.5 cm pieces
- Skewers - 4 (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, cinnamon, salt, black pepper, chopped parsley, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
- Add the lamb cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for better flavor.
- Preheat your grill or BBQ to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto the skewers, alternating with bell pepper and red onion pieces.
