  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, cut into 2.5 cm pieces
  • Red onion - 1 medium, cut into 2.5 cm pieces
  • Skewers - 4 (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, cinnamon, salt, black pepper, chopped parsley, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
  2. Add the lamb cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for better flavor.
  3. Preheat your grill or BBQ to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto the skewers, alternating with bell pepper and red onion pieces.
