- Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, salt, cumin, and paprika.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and olive oil until well combined.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Fold in the chopped cilantro and half of the sesame seeds, mixing evenly.
- Divide the dough into two equal portions and shape each into a round loaf about 1.5 cm thick.
- Place the loaves on the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle the remaining sesame seeds on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing.
