- Almond flour - 250 grams
- Tapioca flour - 50 grams
- Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Water - 200 milliliters
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame seeds - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, tapioca flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well to ensure all dry ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Add water and olive oil to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms. The dough should be slightly sticky but manageable.
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Divide the dough into two equal portions and shape each into a round flatbread, about 1 cm thick.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top of each flatbread, gently pressing them in to adhere.
- Transfer the flatbreads to the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
