Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, ground flaxseed, baking powder, sea salt, and ground cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs, olive oil, and water until well combined.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
- Shape the dough into a round flatbread about 1-2 cm thick and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
- If desired, drizzle a little honey over the top and sprinkle with sesame seeds for added flavor.
