  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Water - 60 milliliters
  • Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Honey (optional) - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, ground flaxseed, baking powder, sea salt, and ground cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, olive oil, and water until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
  5. Shape the dough into a round flatbread about 1-2 cm thick and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. If desired, drizzle a little honey over the top and sprinkle with sesame seeds for added flavor.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and firm to the touch.
