- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- In a medium skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet, sautéing until the onion is translucent and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the khlii, breaking it apart with a spoon, and cook for another 5 minutes until heated through.
- Sprinkle in the cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper, mixing well to combine the flavors.
- Make four small wells in the khlii mixture and crack an egg into each well.
- Cover the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
