  • Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground ginger - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Smoked paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Chopped fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons
  • Crumbled feta cheese - 50 grams (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, olive oil, cumin, cinnamon, ginger, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly blended.
  3. Transfer the spiced pumpkin mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
