- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, turmeric, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator for more flavor).
