Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 200g
  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 150g
  • Parmesan cheese (grated) - 50g
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Tomato sauce (sugar-free) - 100g
  • Bell pepper (sliced) - 50g
  • Olives (sliced) - 30g
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 1 tablespoon
  • Feta cheese (crumbled) - 50g

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs and then add the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
  4. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil and spread the dough into a round pizza shape, about 1 cm thick.
  6. Bake the pizza crust in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove the pizza crust from the oven and spread the tomato sauce evenly over the top.
  8. Top with sliced bell peppers, olives, and crumbled feta cheese.
  9. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the toppings are heated through and slightly browned.
  10. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, slice, and serve hot.
