  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Almond flour - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Greek yogurt - 100 grams
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lettuce leaves - 4 large

Steps

  1. Soak saffron threads in 1 tablespoon of warm water for about 10 minutes to release flavor.

  6. Once the burgers are cooked, remove from the skillet and let them rest for a minute.
  7. Serve the chicken burgers on lettuce leaves topped with the garlic yogurt sauce.
