Ingredients
- Ground chicken - 300 grams
- Saffron threads - 0.1 grams
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Egg - 1 large
- Almond flour - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Greek yogurt - 100 grams
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lettuce leaves - 4 large
Steps
- Soak saffron threads in 1 tablespoon of warm water for about 10 minutes to release flavor.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, soaked saffron (including the water), garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, egg, and almond flour. Mix well until fully combined.
- Form the mixture into 2 burger patties.
