Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 200 grams
  • Psyllium husk - 15 grams
  • Baking powder - 5 grams
  • Salt - 2 grams
  • Water - 150 milliliters
  • Olive oil - 30 milliliters
  • Ground cumin - 5 grams
  • Ground coriander - 5 grams
  • Chili powder - 2 grams
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 10 grams

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Gradually add water and olive oil to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 2-3 minutes, then cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each portion into a thin circle on a parchment-lined surface.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the ground cumin, ground coriander, chili powder, and chopped parsley.
  6. Spread a thin layer of the spice mixture over each rolled-out dough circle.
  7. Fold the dough over itself in half, then again in half to form a square, sealing the edges.
  8. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and place the folded dough squares on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  10. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
