- Almond flour - 200 grams
- Psyllium husk - 15 grams
- Baking powder - 5 grams
- Salt - 2 grams
- Water - 150 milliliters
- Olive oil - 30 milliliters
- Ground cumin - 5 grams
- Ground coriander - 5 grams
- Chili powder - 2 grams
- Fresh parsley, chopped - 10 grams
Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add water and olive oil to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 2-3 minutes, then cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each portion into a thin circle on a parchment-lined surface.
- In a small bowl, mix together the ground cumin, ground coriander, chili powder, and chopped parsley.
- Spread a thin layer of the spice mixture over each rolled-out dough circle.
- Fold the dough over itself in half, then again in half to form a square, sealing the edges.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and place the folded dough squares on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
