Ingredients

  • Onion (finely chopped) - 1 small
  • Canned diced tomatoes - 200 grams
  • Moroccan spice blend - 1 tablespoon
  • Bell pepper (sliced) - 1/2
  • Zucchini (sliced) - 1/2
  • Feta cheese (crumbled) - 50 grams
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, egg, and mozzarella cheese to form a dough.
  3. Shape the dough into a pizza base on a parchment-lined baking sheet, pressing it to about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Bake the pizza base in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
  5. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, then add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until translucent.
  6. Add the ground lamb or beef to the skillet, breaking it apart while cooking until browned.
