- Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 150g
- Cream cheese - 50g
- Egg - 1 large
- Ground beef - 250g
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Onion (finely chopped) - 50g
- Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Feta cheese (crumbled) - 50g
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir. Repeat until the cheeses are melted and combined.
- Add the almond flour and egg to the cheese mixture, mixing until a dough forms.
- Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out into a circle about 1/4 inch thick.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes, or until lightly golden.
- While the crust is baking, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
