Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 120g
  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 150g
  • Cream cheese - 50g
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Ground beef - 250g
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Onion (finely chopped) - 50g
  • Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Feta cheese (crumbled) - 50g

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir. Repeat until the cheeses are melted and combined.
  3. Add the almond flour and egg to the cheese mixture, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out into a circle about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes, or until lightly golden.
