Ingredients

  • Green lentils - 100 grams
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, diced
  • Cucumber - 1 medium, diced
  • Red onion - 50 grams, finely chopped
  • Fresh parsley - 20 grams, chopped
  • Fresh mint - 10 grams, chopped
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Rinse the green lentils under cold water and place them in a saucepan with 300 ml of water.
