- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cinnamon - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.

- Place the marinated lamb chops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are spaced apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 60°C (140°F) for medium-rare, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove from the oven, let rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley and lemon zest before serving.
