- Salt - 1g
- Water - 150ml
- Olive oil - 30ml
- Ground cumin - 5g
- Ground coriander - 5g
- Paprika - 5g
- Ground cinnamon - 2g
- Chopped fresh parsley - 10g
- Chopped fresh cilantro - 10g
- Sliced olives - 30g
- Cheese (mozzarella or feta) - 100g
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.

- Cover the skillet with a lid and let the cheese melt for about 2-3 minutes.
