Ingredients

  • Cilantro - 30 grams, chopped
  • Parsley - 30 grams, chopped
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Red chili flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
  • Pine nuts - 30 grams, toasted (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Prepare the cauliflower rice by grating or processing the cauliflower florets until they resemble rice grains.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
