- Egg - 1 large
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon

- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons (chopped)
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons (chopped)
- Garlic - 2 cloves (minced)
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon

- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams (halved)
- Feta cheese - 75 grams (crumbled)
- Red onion - 1/4 (thinly sliced)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until melted and well combined.
- In a mixing bowl, add almond flour, egg, baking powder, and salt. Pour in the melted cheese mixture and mix until a dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a parchment-lined baking sheet and press it into a pizza shape, about 1/2 inch thick.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the chopped parsley, cilantro, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, olive oil, and lemon juice to make the chermoula sauce.
- Spread the chermoula sauce evenly over the pizza base.
- Top the pizza with halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, and crumbled feta cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
