  • Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Chermoula spice mix - 2 tablespoons
  • Bell pepper - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Red onion - 30 grams, thinly sliced
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, shredded mozzarella, and egg to form a dough for the pizza crust.
  3. Spread the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shaping it into a round pizza base.
