- Chicken breast - 300 grams
- Fresh cilantro - 30 grams, chopped
- Fresh parsley - 30 grams, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Egg - 1 large
- Almond flour - 2 tablespoons
- Avocado - 1, sliced
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Red onion - 1/4, thinly sliced
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the minced chicken breast, chopped cilantro, chopped parsley, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, coriander, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and egg. Mix until well combined.
- Add the almond flour to the mixture and stir until the mixture is firm enough to form patties.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
