  • Chicken breast - 300 grams
  • Fresh cilantro - 30 grams, chopped
  • Fresh parsley - 30 grams, chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Almond flour - 2 tablespoons
  • Avocado - 1, sliced
  • Tomato - 1, sliced
  • Red onion - 1/4, thinly sliced

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the minced chicken breast, chopped cilantro, chopped parsley, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, coriander, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and egg. Mix until well combined.
  2. Add the almond flour to the mixture and stir until the mixture is firm enough to form patties.
  3. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
