Ingredients

  • Ground lamb - 250 grams
  • Cauliflower rice - 200 grams
  • Onion - 1 medium, finely chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Heavy cream - 100 ml
  • Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic, ground lamb, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the lamb is browned and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in the cauliflower rice and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the cauliflower is tender. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg and heavy cream until well combined. Stir in the chopped parsley.
