  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon

  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon - 1, juiced

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, cilantro, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly with your hands until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 2.5 cm in diameter.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add the meatballs to the skillet, cooking for about 5-7 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
  6. Once cooked, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the meatballs for added flavor.
  7. Serve warm with a side of fresh salad or flatbread.
