- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Skewers - 4 (soaked in water if wooden)
Steps
- In a large bowl, mix the ground meat with the chopped onion, parsley, cilantro, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Knead the mixture with your hands until well combined, then form into elongated shapes around the skewers.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and brush it lightly with olive oil.
- Grill the kefta skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until they are browned and cooked through.
