- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Ground paprika - 1 teaspoon

- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef and ground lamb.
- Add the grated onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped cilantro, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to the meat mixture.
- Mix well with your hands until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a long, thin sausage on skewers.
- Preheat your grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat and lightly brush with olive oil.
- Cook the skewers for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked through.
