  • Ground beef - 250 grams
  • Ground lamb - 250 grams

  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cayenne pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons (for grilling)
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef and ground lamb.
  2. Add the grated onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped cilantro, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to the meat mixture.
  3. Mix well with your hands until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a long, thin sausage on skewers.
  5. Preheat your grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat and lightly brush with olive oil.
  6. Cook the skewers for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked through.
  7. Remove the skewers from the grill and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
