- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon

- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Skewers (soaked in water if wooden) - 4
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb or beef, grated onion, minced garlic, parsley, cilantro, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined, then form the mixture into oval-shaped patties or mold them onto the skewers.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat, and brush it with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is browned and cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
