Steps
- Clean the lamb liver by removing any membranes and cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the chopped onion, cooking until translucent.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the ground cumin, coriander, cinnamon, turmeric, paprika, salt, and black pepper, cooking for 1-2 minutes to toast the spices.
- Add the liver pieces to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until they are browned and cooked through.
- If using, drizzle the honey over the liver and mix well to combine.
- Remove from heat and garnish with the toasted almonds and chopped parsley before serving.
