- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Pita bread - 2 pieces
Steps
- Clean the Portobello mushrooms and slice them into thin strips.
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the sliced mushrooms to the marinade and toss well to coat. Let them marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the marinated mushrooms. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender and slightly caramelized.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the chopped parsley and lemon juice.
