- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Skewers - 4 (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, ground beef, chopped prunes, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, and olive oil.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion around a skewer, forming long kebabs.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Place the kebabs on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are well browned and cooked through.
- Remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
