  • Ground beef - 250 grams
  • Prunes - 50 grams, chopped

  • Coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Skewers - 4 (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes)

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, ground beef, chopped prunes, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, and olive oil.
  2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion around a skewer, forming long kebabs.
  4. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Place the kebabs on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are well browned and cooked through.
  6. Remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
