- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Almonds - 30 grams, chopped
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the cubed lamb, olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the meat evenly with the spices.
- Cover the bowl and marinate the lamb in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for better flavor.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated lamb onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your desired doneness.
- In the last few minutes of grilling, sprinkle the chopped almonds on top of the skewers to toast them lightly.
- Remove the kebabs from the grill and drizzle with lemon juice, then garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
